Since graduating from Johnson and Wales Culinary School I have been sharpening my own knives as well as for friends, family and clients. There isn't a blade I am not familiar with. From German to Japanese, French to American made, I make any knife as sharp as it's ever been. Every single blade we sharpen is treated like it's your favorite and you'll be able to tell when you use it!

This is one of our most popular services available. This option provides us with a great alternative for our mobile business during the colder months. With this service, we set a time for pick up and drop off to fit your schedule. While we have a 24 hour maximum turn around, most often we can provide a same day drop off, in as little as a couple of hours!
